I have called MiWay several times got Ref no B3-MJF2-01, the problem is with a leaky toilet. MiWay keeps telling me they will contact plumbers and send them out. Every time I phone they tell me the previous agent didn't send the message thru to plumbers yet but they will. No it's getting to a point where I will have to start a water damage claim since they are taking soooo long the water is going everywhere... So MiWay get your cheque book ready now it will cost even more for you...
