After performing on-site visit, plumbers from Plumber Illovo Plumbers explained me that the entire toilet flush system had to be replaced (since mine - Sloane - was not available in South Africa). On the same morning, I received quote of ZAR 7, 2000! Few hours later, another plumber went to my flat, replaced a tiny plastic part in the toilet flush and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes without charging me anything!!!
In addition, they had initially committed to call me between 8am and 9am and I had to follow-up as no one called me during the agreed time period.
