I phoned this place today because I want to come through and buy some trees, but honestly they know absolutely nothing about trees, the lady I spoke to is almost impossible to speak to because half the time she is just going 'ehhhh', she doesn't have a clue the trees I am looking for if she has them or not, so I ask if she will go look if she has it, so she then sais, can you not come through and look, then I say the reason I am phoning is because I do not want to drive unnecessarily for an hour if I do not have to, then she said okay. So I figured she's going to have a look now if she has the tree or not, but the line goes dead. I phone back and it's practically impossible to speak to this woman. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently there was no manager there even.
