I purchased a ghd eclipse last year July (2023), in November 2013 my styler stopped working. I contacted ghd SA and forwarded all the relevant documentation to them (2013/12/05). I was informed that my styler would be collected for evaluation and repair/replacement if necessary. It is now 2014/01/08 and my styler still has not been collected, after I have done numerous follow ups. I even received a call today to inform me my styler will be collected today, but no such joy!
