SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE

GOOD AFTERNOON ALL

IN 2011 I REPORTED MY GHD BROKEN TO GHD SA. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL IN JAN 2012 TO TELL ME THAT THE STYLER CANNOT BE REPAIRED BUT GHD SA COULD OFFER ME SAME STYLER AT A REDUCED COST. IN JUNE 2012 I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT MY PURCHASE BUT AT THE TIME I HAD LOST MY DAD AND WAS STRAPPED FOR CASH AT THE TIME SUBSEQUENT TO THIS I CALLED GHD 3 DAYS TO QUERY ABOUT MY REQUEST ONLY TO EXPERIENCE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CANDACE WHITTAKER (SNR CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER) AND THEN NATHAN (REGIONAL MANAGER). AFTER MAKING MANY CALLS TO THEM AT MY EXPENSE NATHAN CAME TO THE SOLUTION THAT HE WILL GET A STYLER SIMILAR TO MINE AS THEY HAD DISPOSED OF MY OLD ONE AND DELIVER IT TO ME BROKEN AS THAT WAS THE BEST SOLUTION HE COULD COME UP WITH. I HAVE SINCE PURCHASED ANOTHER STYLER (R2000) FROM A SALON ANOTHER GHD BUT THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE I RECEIVED FROM THIS RUDE TEAM IS APPALING TO SAY THE LEAST. THEY WERE UNHELPFUL UNPROFESSIONAL RAISED THEIR VOICE AT ME AND ACTED AS IF I WAS SOME SORT OF CRIMINAL TRYING TO EXPLOIT GHD SA. THEY DID NOT COME UP WITH A SOLUTION THAT LEFT ME FEELING COMFORTABLE. PLS DONOT BUY GHD'S AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS HOCKING AND APPALLING
