I am a shareholder.
In November 2013, we were told there were "system issues" and will be resolved 5th December, then 17th December. Then we were told:
Trading in MTN Zakhele ordinary shares will resume in January 2014 to allow time for required engagement with regulatory bodies. We sincerely apologise for the delay.
Was there a System issue or Regulatory issue?..
Is there an investigation pending regarding this issue? Are the Regulatory Bodies looking into this?
