I instructed Smith& smith attornies to help me remove my name from itc.this account was settled and i had to get a lawyer to go to court for me because i don`t have time to do that.now after paying this smith&smith liars i get excuse after excuse from a lady called Priscilla.if she does not promise to call me the next day or so, the recission never gets done.its either the assigned attorney had to go somewhere or .i don`t understand why am i not told they can`t get this done.
first it was the price i had to pay to get it done, now that i paid it.they said it will be done on tuesday 02-04-13, when i called i was told an excuse and had to wait the friday 05-04-13 which im still waiting for a call from them to hear what happened.i keep track of my credit reports hense i pay yearly subscribtion of updates from itc.their no:011 9758104 rings unanswered now.
