ID NUMBER BLOCKED

I went to Capited in November 2013, the one in Smith Street (Field) opposite Durban Bay House and I wanted to open an account, they told me I cannot because my ID number is blocked, when I asked why they didn't know. So I went to the other one in West street, by 320, they also told me the same thing and they did not have a reason and when they phoned their Head Office they also did not tell me why. So I went to Nedbank and opened it there and had no problems. So I want to know if you do not know, how am I supposed to know. And to me that is inconvenience, because you always want us to come open accounts with you but you tell us stories and then you don't have reasons. So how do I go and recommend Capitec to other people if you do things like this because I got so dissapointed and waisted my lunch hours going there and not getting help. :(
