After an unfortunate incident at the salon, Naz handled my complaint with so much of grace and and empathy. She is example to all leaders/managers. She doesn't make excuses, she is honest and sincere. I felt at ease speaking to her.
She invited me back to have my treatment re-done at no extra cost to me.
I would like to say that Naz, you have restored my faith in the Dream Nails brand. You are a shining example of what customer service is about. I hope that other Dream Nails managers learn from you.
