I purchased a Voucher for treatments at Kingsway. I refused to stay for my treatments for the following reasons:
-I WAS "GREATED" BY A MEMBER OF STAFF WHO WAS IN THE PROCESS OF EATING A BOILED EGG, WHICH STARTED SPITTING OUT HER MOUTH AS SHE TRIED TO SPEAK, HER ENGLISH WAS HORENDOUS I COULD BEARLY UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING, EVENTUALLY I GATHERED THAT I MUST SIT AND WAIT INSIDE.
-THE LOUNGE AREA WHERE SHE TOLD ME TO SIT WAS FILTHY, THE COUCH WAS BADLY STAINED AND SO WAS THE CARPET.
-THERE WAS A WHOLE LOT OF SHOUTING GOING ON IN ANOTHER ROOM, WHICH IS NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION EITHER.
-THE SAME WOMAN CAME BACK, & SHOWED ME THROUGH TO A TREATMENT ROOM. MUMBLED SOMETHING ABOUT LYING DOWN ON THE BED ON MY FRONT.
- I ASKED WHO WAS DOING MY TREATMETS, SHE SAID SHE WAS. THAT IS WHEN I ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER.
- THE SO CALLED THERAPIST LOOKED IN NEED A BATH & A CHANGE OF CLOTHING, THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS PREPARED TO RECEIVE TREATMENT FROM HER, SHE DIDN'T EVEN INTRODUCE HERSELF OR EVEN OFFER ME A GLASS OF WATER.
- THEN THE SO CALLED 'MANAGER' ARRIVED, WEARING PAJAMA PANTS.
- THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD TRUST ANYTHING USED DURING MY TREATMENTS WITH THE STATE OF THE PLACE.
I WANT A FULL REFUND!
