Unhappy with my day. The time keeping is not up to scratch. Arrived at 8H30, started our first treatment at 10H10. Products used are not up to standard. Some staff members cannot speak English. Treatments are not done by qualified employees. You are left alone quite often during treatments for the employees to collect whatever they needed. Our locked locker was opened and all our bags were rummaged through. Luckily nothing was. The towels are not changed from treatment to treatment. Left unsatisfied. This is not the place to go to if you want a quality satisfying day.
Sorry but very disappointed!!!
P.S. If your staff are sick, send them home! I had an employee sniffing and coughing all over me!
