So I bought a groupon deal for a brazilian blowout and was very excited to get it after reading so many good things about it
I went to the salon on the day and arrived, having to wait 20 minutes to be helped, I got my hair washed.
There after they applied the treatment onto my hair and let me say that the stylist applied next to nothing of the product onto my hair. She used such a little and clearly was showing that she put on as little as possible. I promise only a few strands of my hair had the serum on it.
THEN! my hair had to be ironed and what a horror that was, there were two stylists juggling their way around my hair, chopping and changing, looking very irritated and disinterested in their jobs, and not paying attention, the one stylist burnt my ear with the flat iron! It was so badly burnt that I had to get burn gel for it. I took a picture of the large burn on my ear.2 weeks later the blowout is completely out of my hair, so clearly the product did not work.
I am very disappointed in this salons service and its honestly the worst I have received. I will, without hesitation report this on Facebook and twitter publicly unless I get a response.
