On sunday 3rd March 2013, at 11:00, I dropped my car at Top Class Car Wash and handed in my keys. At 13:00 I asked my husband to fetch my car as I went with someone else. He approached my car from the front and took my car home and parked it in the garage. On monday morning I noticed that my car was bumped at the back. I phoned Lifestyle for their number but they told me that Top Class Car Wash was not part of them. The next sunday morning I confronted Eddie from Top Class Car Wash and told him that I knew that they didn't take responsibility for any damage, but to do the right thing and tell the customer if they had bumped a car. He said that he would look at the camera footage and let me know. When I saw him on tuesday, Eddie said that he would speak to the owner and let me know. I never viewed the footage but Eddie came back to me and told me to get two quotes. He accepted the lower quote and confirmed that he would let me know when I could go and fetch the money. Eddie smsed me several times to say that he would have the money shortly. To date, I still haven't been paid and would just like to warn the patrons that go to Lifestyle, not to wash their cars at the car wash.
