Collecting my parcels at Bryanston has been a nightmare this last month, and u can imagine it may be because its December but no, it hasn't been particularly busier its just because they are short staffed! The one employee on one of my frustrating visits there confessed that staff were taken to help other branches and there is no one to unpack the containers in the back. Even the manager has been running the licensing counter. I've had to collect four parcels, I use tracking numbers to ensure I get my parcels asap. One of my parcels was`on its way to Bryanston since the 13th` every time I call the call center they say it must be there by now, and after many unsuccessful trips, still nothing. Because there are so few staff working any time I go there even if I'm the first in line I wait forever and a day because its so unorganized. Every time I go there the people in the queue always discuss how shocking the service is and how the staff that are helping dissapear into the back for what seems like forever, so even when there isn't a queue, shortly a mile long one forms. I'm still awaiting two parcels, one of which was a Christmas present for an eleven year old boy. Thanks Bryanston
