Overpriced espresso machine

I bought a Russell Hobbs espresso machine, Model 14221-56. What a horrifically overpriced machine!! Firstly at that price, I think I expected it to be semi-automatic. Secondly, it is so user unfriendly that I actually dread using it on a daily basis. To make capuccino, you have to hold the cup under the spout and turn it to froth the milk, to try and get a decent froth, you have to hold it there for sometime and there is no way to avoid the hot milk spattering over your hands, arm and anything else in close proximity! Then to try and get a decent amount of coffee added to the cup, you have to often push double cup twice to fill up the cup. At the price of almost R17k - I would have expected a lot more from Russell Hobbs. What a disappointment
