Unfulfilled promise

I wrote a report on the 2nd December about money being taken off my account. My reference number is 5001719876

I was called the following day by your support team and the gent apologised and advised that the money would be paid back, it is now almost the end of the month and nothing has been paid back and I have not heard from anyone again.

I do not appreciate the way you treat us, I find it offensive and not a good way to do business.
