Its been a month and my money has not been paid out so i call them to check Every week and to no assistance. They promise to call me back of which they did not keep that promise. Today i called 3 times at first they said they paid into my FNB account, which is a no monies have been paid into that account. And secondly i called they said the Administrator will call me back, guess what no one called me. And the third time my husband called they said in 2 hours will get back to me.
I just tried now again and they have closed for the day. I need my Provident money and urgently.
