Contacted Afrox regarding an account for a ridiculously high monthly rental charge on a cylinder that was only held for about 3 hours (not a month) and was given a reference number regarding my query. Some 5 weeks later still no one has contacted me to sort it out.
In the interim i have paid the amount since it can be credited to my account and now they send me threatening letters of payment demands after a payment was made.
