Tafelberg Furnishers
No feedback on purchase and item not in store

I purchased a table and chair set from Tafelberg furnishers the 20th of December. The store did not have the items in stock but there depot in Epping kept stock and they would deliver it to there Paarl branch on Monday. I was told that they would contact me during the day to collect my purchase.

I phoned them at 15:30 because they did not contact me yet as agreed. I were told that the delivery truck haven't arrived yet and that I would be notified as soon as it does to collect my purchase... Nothing!!

I again phoned them the following morning, only to be told that my order did not make the truck as it was to full!

So now I am without the table that I have purchased on the 20th and today is the 24th. I am very disappointed with the service.
