No refund after goods collected

I bought a Yamaha System from Tafelberg Furnishers in December to my disappointment the system did not live up top the specs and poor sound quality.
I arranged for Tafelberg to collect the system after dealing with the Yamaha rep, who was very unfriendly.
The system has been collected and I still have no refund? I was told the money would be put into my account. I am sitting with no home theatre system and no refund?
I was not informed by the manager that the money needs to be requested. And could take sometime? I have been given no time frame as to when I will receive the cash either?
I was asked for my bank details on Monday and today is Friday?
