As far as bad service reports on Flora Niche goes, this is probably not the worst one on Hello Peter. But I did feel that I should add my experience to what seems to be a growing collection.
I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on 24 December. The idea was that a family member who could not join for Christmas should have something to cheer her up. But the flowers were delivered a day early on 23 December, thereby defeating the point of the exercise.
Why include a delivery date option if you're going to ignore it? The excuse was they were starting delivery early for the high Christmas volumes, but a phone call or sms to check with me whether this was in order was apparently too much trouble. They refused to refund the (exorbitant) delivery fee, since "the flowers WERE delivered". The fact that it was not done according to my specifications is apparently not their problem.
