Made booking via Central Reservations on 18 December, received confirmation. 19 December received a call to ask for payment. Send through proof of voucher which were bought with Nedbank Greenback rewards, to consultant A, on 20 December received confirmation again, from Consultant A, and mail from Consultant B to say my booking has been cancelled. Has tried to confirm with either consultants or Team Leader if my booking are still valid or not... It seems as if the one person does not know what the other is doing!!! Nobody is coming back to me, so I am left hanging, and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my Teenage daughter!!
