I had made a booking in advance at Ikon Hair& Beauty for my (and 3 friends) hair to be done at 11am on 14 Dec '13. (We were bridesmaids at a friends wedding later that afternoon.) I told the receptionist at Ikon that it would include a wash and set for 3 and then 1 wash and blow dry. We were running a bit late on the 14 Dec, being the day of the wedding, however 1 of my friends was on time and told the staff at Ikon that we are running late. Please note that we were 10 minutes late, for which we were at fault for, and apologised to Ikon staff. We arrived at Ikon at 11.10 and were told that they run a very tight schedule and that they had booked us in for 30 minute slots so they will not be able to do our hair, even though it was for a wedding where we were part of the bridal party (I also mentioned this when I made the booking). I still don't understand how they could have only allotted us 30 min each when they knew that we all needed a wash and set. They were rude and spoke down to us. If they could not attend to us, they could have at least been polite. I think that there was no need for their horribly unprofessional attitude.
