I bought a Tissot watch from Topwatch INC and the strap accidently broke. When sending it back to them they fixed it the same day and returned the watch to me with a tracking nr and contact details if I needed anymore assistance. This was excellent service as I thought being over the holidays that I would only receive it back in Jan 2014.
