Lipton Ice Tea Competition

Right in the beginning I contacted them on 0860 100599 and questioned them on a number of strange things that I had observed.
1. One could submit a unique code more than once.
2. SMS's sent from Cell C were not acknowledged.

After my call they fixed Issue 1.
However the problem with non acknowledgement of sms's from Cell C remained.
The bigger problem however was that SMS's sent from Cell C were clearly not being entered into the competition as I was able to successfully send the same Unique Code from my MTN number.

1. I have an issue with the T's & C's; If one wins one of the smaller prizes you are are out of the competition and no longer qualify for the main prize of the Car. This is precisely why my wife and I tried to use our 2 Cell C numbers to enter.

2. Where is the list of Weekly Winners.
3. The competiion closed on 31/12/2013 but the six codes I sent on that day were not acknowledged.
4. The 0860 number is for the Ceres outsourced call centre, and while they are helpful clearly Ceres themselves dont take their consumers seriously!!!

This competition does not look like its above board!!!
