I can't enter the heavily advertised competition

I have followed the printed instructions many many to enter the current competition to stand a chance to win money or an I pod.but the number given for me to phone from my cell tells me that the number is incorrect.
i also went on line and could get no help from the Tiger brands website.
I also rang the ph no. printed on the eggs cover and reached an unobtainable number.
It is all so frustrating and is costing me money to try and enter which in turn makes me angry that I cant enter. I need the money which is why I entered.
Please get back to me well before the competition closes.
I did not want to necc use this forum to complain but I could see no other way!!
