SMS reads;
CONGRATULATIONS!! YOUR CELL NO HAS WON R100, 000.00 IN CELL C BIG BUCKS COMPETITION. WITH REF: NO (CB) FOR CLAIMS CALL. 0744226398 OR EMAIL [Email Removed]

Please can somebody let me knowhat is going on here. Is it some type of attempted, beacuse as far as I know this competition ended a few months ago.
