I accidentally entered the Cell C promotion/ competition. After I realized this I then contacted Cell C to ask for their advise in opting out of the competition. They advised I send STOP to the very same number that got me into the promo. I received a confirmation that my name has been removed, but I still continue to receive the promo stating that I have been entered into the competition - this costs me R1.50 every time.
The contact numbers I got from Cell C are 084 193 4567 and 074 478 4293, the first one doesn't work and the second one is always on voicemail.
Please help anyone!
