I have recently purchased a Ceres fruit juice and was lucky enough or so i thought to find a Despicable 2 "minion" under the competition sticker on the box. I smsed the unique code to the competiton number. I did not receive any acknowledgement sms. After trying a couple of times I resigned myself to sending through an email to info @ ceres. The email was acknowledged by the customer service division on the 12th June 2013 and forwarded onto to another person at Ceres. I have since sent through a follow up email on the 19th of June which is still be acknowledged.
Perhaps there are so many complaints that Ceres is struggling to keep up with customer care and service delivery.
