Unprofessional & Unacceptable

To whom this may concern..

I am very disappointed and disgusted, actually I'm also very angry with the service not received today.
Never again would my mother, wife & daughter make use your service or let's put it to you this way! we will not recommend Blush Hair & Glamour to anyone who so ever in the future... friends, family etc...
I live in Woodstock Cape Town. You confirmed an appointment for my mother at 1pm today who lives in Mitchells Plain, who I had to go and pickup to bring her through to your Hairdresser on time. You let me leave her there at your Hairdresser seated and waiting for assistance, only to phone me 20min later after I had left to tell me that you won't be able to do her hair cause your 8am appointment made you run late..
This is so not on, not professional and not acceptable...
Why couldn't you inform us earlier of your delay "you have our contact details"!! and I mean we sat in your hairdresser for about 5min before we left my mother there, you could of told us this!
I will be posting this complaint about your practise on some web pages for ratings..

Thanks for the disappointing experience we had with you today for waisting our time & money.
