My daughter went to have her hair coloured at Stella Hairdresser in Bardene Boksburg, she walked out of there very unhappy as they did not do what was asked, they also cut her hair but messed it up completely, this happened Saturday the 30th November 2013, I had to take her to another hairdresser to fix her hair. Which cost an arm and a leg, after paying for service at Stella hairdresser so imagine what it cost after being at 2 hairdressers? I phoned them on Tuesday 3rd December to complaint as they were closed on Sunday and Monday, very poor customer service were given with regards to my complaint, I then told them I would like my money back as I had to pay twice for her hair to look like something again. The Manager of STELLA hairdresser should go for a course on people skills and learn how to deal with customers complaining. VERY RUDE and no skills at all on how to deal with mistakes they made. I am a very UNHAPPY customer and would not recommend anyone to go where you get treated like a piece of garbage after you pay for a service, and then they told me they will fix it for free, (Admitting to their fault) AFTER I took her to someone else to have it fixed.
