I am unhappy with the service I received on the 9th of June 2013 I went to have a treatment done at Partners Hair Design in Vangate Mall of which I was very pleased and happy with my hair. I ended up going back there on the 31st August 2013 (My birthday) to have the same treatment with a top up which cost me R559.00.But what an experience I had this time. I had an appointment for 12 o clock of which I was there on time. I was told to sit at the basin as my hair will be washed shortly. My hair was washed and I ended up sitting with wet hair for an hour and 20 mins. Why if i had an appointment for 12 o clock was I only attended to and hour and 20 mins later. Then Tracey attended to my hair eventually she was half done with my hair when she attended to another customer leaving me unattended for 15 mins whilst shes chit chatting. I am disappointed because I sat so long with wet hair and am sick now. Just the fact that I had an appointment for 12 o clock and only left the hairdresser at 15:05pm is not on. Ive paid a lot of money for my hair and to receive this kind of service is not on. Afterall my hair was not the way I wanted it. So I will never go back there again
