I went to Sorbet yesterday for a few treatments and must I say, I was terribly disappointed. The technician that did my nails failed miserably and could I have done a much better job myself. My nails were not filed in a square shape as requested and pointed out to her on a few occasions, half of my nail looks pink and unfinished and did I have to return to the shop as there was a sticky residue on my nails, which the technician blamed on me as immediately after my nails I had a pedicure and was the sticky residue to the fluff from the bed I was lying on which does not make sense at all. My pedicure consisted out of exfoliation, a quick rub, some cream and cutex, this is not a pedicure in my books, the techision was friendly at least. What was worse was that whilst having my pedi, the maintenance man lifted one of the roof panels to do some maintenance, is a salon not suppose to be a relaxing and tranquil environment? The only treatment I was impressed with was the waxes and was the technician great. After all this, I had to pay R910.00 for what was definitely not a relaxing experience. Whats worse is that I will have to spend more money for redoing my nails. Unnacceptable
