Went to the nail bar in Bryanston on 24/12/13. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was quite busy. I explained to the technician working on my mani that I had never done acrylics before & asked her to talk me through the process so that I may make informed decisions. She did not do so, & at one point started rolling her eyes at me when I pointed out that I didnt like what she was doing. I left the store dissatisfied, but returned 10 minutes later to show the chips that were already appearing on my nails. The technician blamed me, but a new technician was called to fix the mess. Still unhappy about even worse nails now, I called head office, who contacted Felicia, the store owner. Felicia made every effort to book me elsewhere as I was reluctant to go back to her store. Unfortunately, everywhere else was fully booked, & I returned to Bryanston nail bar for the third time that day. Beauty did my nails, & what a wonderful job she did too. Friendly & informative, she advised me & did my nails with professionalism. Lindi the receptionist was helpful too, & accommodating. Thank you to Beauty, Lindi & Felicia. Just sad that it took a complaint to get things done professionally.
