Energade bottle cut me open

I bought a energade this morning and as I took it out the fridge to open it the lid part cut me open but its seems like there is a sharp edge right around the lid what if children get hold of the bottle and cut them selves badly what if I get infection in my cut I just think this bottle is really not suppose to be made to harm
