I have applied for a cell phone contract with Fincapital a month ago. Last week they contacted me to say that my contract has been approved and that I will receive the phone when the debit order of R300 has gone off. This happened yesterday but as usual no one can assist me with the details of when I will be receiving my handset. I am tired of calling and being transferred from place to place. Talking to different people and getting absolutely no answer. If I do not receive my handset by Friday I will cancel everything and will be forced to act. I am really tired of this type of service and treatment
