I am a subscriber to city pres since May this year. I was suppose to receive a welcome gift at the end of June but since now I have to receive it but with out fail every month they take my money for subscription.
I have called them many times including 3 times today at my cost to find out what is happening also some Sunday I don't get my newspaper and I have inform them about this but nothing have been done.
Also when you call their call centre you get greeted in Afrikaans yet some of us don't understand it.
They are so useless I have ask to speak to the manager and not even once they have contacted me Johan Booysen have promise to get back to me but he never.they are full of and empty promises. I will make sure the pay for this they can't just take me for a ride.
