I am complaining about fonechoice with their bad service and dishonesty, i bought Nebula tablet, the phone was working well however after few weeks the camera was not working, i reported it and it was taken for repares, as i got it back the very same time i opened it and the same thing was there, camera not working, i send it back again, later on i was told there is no garantee for the damage and the isnurance need to pay, i was promised a claim form which did not come in time and i called later to get it later on i got an sms to requesting my id copy which i did send, today i called asking the progress of the phone, i am being told its with HOLLARD, i feel its not fair on the other hand i get calls from the consultants for payments of the gagget i am not using.
