One nappy fastener broke off whilst I wanted to close the nappy. I called Customer Care and was told to post the defective nappy with the bag; I'll be reimbursed for postage and will receive a voucher to purchase other nappies. I have called Customer Care numerous times to ask if they received the post and when I can expect a voucher. I was told by a different Customer Services agent that vouchers aren't just given out as the previous Customer Services agent had told me. He promised to call me back twice already to advise about the quality check and to conclude this matter. This didn't happen.
