We received two deformed nappies in a bag, and my wife emailed customer care, they asked her to send the deformed nappies to them via post office (they were going to reimburse us for postage fees). But they didn't even bother to get back to us! I just came across a different size nappy in another packet now! What's next? A used nappy maybe? Maybe its time to move on to the next brand.
