I have recently complained to cuddlers regarding 3 packs of faulty nappy I have bought with different problems, the problems being inside of the nappy coming out the top (still have 1 nappy as proof) nappies missing the sides to stick the nappy together (the valcro) and tears in the left hand side of other nappys. I have emailed, wrote on the face bOok page too. I have been told they will get nampak to contact me and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. I also emailed nampak directly still no response. I write on the face book wall and still no response to what is going on. I feel your customer service is terrible and so are your quality of nappys. All I used with my first son was cuddlers and they were the best on the market but your quality is now terrible. Three pack of jumbo nappys all with faults and had to throw allot away. As a single mom this is a waste of money that I cannot afford. Email sent on the 21 June 2013. I did also email a few month prior about again faulty nappies to be asked to post them. Unfortunatly I did not as I cannot afford that at the moment
