This was the last straw with Cuddlers Nappies. I was on a weekend away with my kids. I packed a limited amount of nappies for my 2year old son. 9 of the nappies I packed had one strap to fasten the nappy. I was nowhere near stores to replace the default ones, so I had to improvise and literally had to SEW the nappies onto him. I was SO UPSET for the inconvenience. I called Nampak's Customer Care and was informed that I had to send 2 of the nappies for inspection. I went to my local post office and to my surprise, it is costing me nearly R30 for postage too. I am so disgusted that they cannot just take your word for it. This is not the 1st time and undoubtedly not the last time I will experience problems with their nappies. With mass production you will always have defects, but looking at the amount of complaints... I should definitely source another BRAND. I want my postage fees REFUNDED and the nappies REPLACED. I want to be compensated for the HUGE INCONVENIENCE which I was caused and I felt so HUMILIATED that my son had to wear SEWN on nappies for most of the weekend. An urgent response is hereby requested or I shall seek other media platforms to raise my voice.
