I received my bill from Cell C for Dec 2013 stating that I have 10 x R20 separate "Content Services" billed to my account without my knowledge, The call center agent said that I "subscribed to this service" and then gave me these 2 number (011) 5074650 ; (011) 5074789 as she was unable to sort this out. I want a full refund of my monies as this is not legal business practice, The consumer protection act is suppose to deal with such unsavory business practices, This is embarrassing and disgusting!
I would not be surprised if Smartcall Technology Solutions cheats consumers in other products too, I would not support them
