I am a labour supply company and I supplied the above company with a driver over a period of time. We never had any complaints about our driver and the contract ended. They did not pay me for outstanding invoices and when I contacted their accounts dept they started querying the costs on the outstanding invoices. They deducted amounts off my invoices saying they refused to pay for certain days and times, etc and then failed to pay the balance - I had already paid the driver and their company had already received their income from the job my driver did for them. Kolja then told me to email him a breakdown of what they owe and he promised to settle this account. I emailed him the breakdown and got no response - I tried on numerous occassions to contact him via his email and he just ignored me. He called me eventually and basically said "its out of his hands" he also told me that "he understands my pain" I arrogance of this company and their employees is very troubling. I am a small service company that provides labour, we pay our staff weekly for the work they do upfront so if a client does not pay us it really can destroy us. Another big Group killing a SMME.
