The driver had a bad attitude because we sent the item back which he came to collect because it didn't correspond with the sample. The customer in turn didn't believe us when we told him its the same thing we supplied him the first time so we had to call that driver back to verify with the customer even though its from the agents it does correspond with what came out the car. Now because this driver had to come and collect for the first time then had to bring it back he said we wasting his time when isn't his job to deliver and pick up goods. Even though we don't do a lot of business with this company, how will the attitude of the driver reflect on the company for future customers and existing customers.
I don't find it appropriate at all for a driver to say you are wasting my F*&king time.
