I applied for an installation of a domestic electrical connection in November 2012, Eskom visited my house, evaluated the work and gave me a cost for installation. I paid the amount required on the 28th November 2012 and was promised that installation will be done within six months and up until now No INSTALLATION HAS BEEN DONE. There is electricity in my neighbourhood, I have sent e-mails called Eskom several times and has been sent from pillar to post. I am extremely disappointed with their service and am clueless on what to do now.
