My quest to get a company registered started a month ago on 11 November 2013. Very quick to get the forms and the banking details to deposit the funds into the account - with the promise of urgent applications taking between 1-5 days. Well 30 days later I find out today that the name has not even been registered yet. When you phone or email Top Design you're lucky if you get through - and when you do you are told that CIPC is overloaded because of the festive season. I could understand this, however it is always me that is following up and if I'm lucky I get a response with the same excuse 1 out of every 10 attempts I have made to get through. These people have my money, they have my ID, they have a signed contract. And I have nothing. Please do not use this company, I will now fight to have the matter taken further.
