The service I have received from Goodfellas has been appalling. I have had to wait for their driver for 45 minutes, as the original driver went AWOL. I have had drivers speeding at 90 km/h on small suburban roads, driving through red traffic lights. Last night was the final straw! I was at a restaurant with friends. I received the call to say my driver had arrived, and i explained I would be settling the bill and then come outside. It was an extremely busy restaurant, and I came outside within 15 minutes of receiving the call. The driver was there, but told me he could not drive me home as the booking had been cancelled as I had taken more than 15 minutes. I was told I had to rebook a new driver and that would take a minimum of 45 minutes for a new driver to come. The driver was extremely polite and apologetic. The people I spoke to over the phone were not. They were unbelievably rude and totally inflexible. They had cancelled the booking and were not prepared to let the driver that was still there drive me home. I dispute the fact that I took more than 15 minutes after the driver arrived. Luckily there are other service providers I can use that cost significantly less than them!
