QuickCab: Unreliable - Use This Company Your Peril

Sadly I have used this companyin the past with no issues, but their service has deteriorated. Yesterday at 7:43 I ordered an urgent taxi as my car had broken down. I gave my address and was told they would be there in 20 mins. Half an hour later no cab, I had received no SMS confirmation that the driver was on the way. I called again to be told that the driver had gone to Randburg in error. I told them not to bother and made alternate arrangements.
Last night I decided to book in advance, gave my address, asked for a 6:30 pickup and received an immediate SMS confirmationQ132922. At 6:30 am, again no cab. I called to be told at 6:40, that QuickCab was still looking for a taxi for me. They did not bother to call or send an SMS to say that they had no drivers available. Immediately sfter I called I received an SMS to say the driver was on his way. I then received and SMS from the driver apologising for being late, but he said he had only been notified of the 6:30 am pick up at 6:40. To my knowledged no driver from QuickCab ever arrived at my home this morning. Fortunatly SACAB arrived in ten minutes. At least I wasn't going to the airport. I would have surely missed my flight
