They advertise that accommodation is safe, but it is not. There's lots of Nigerians staying at this location, when we booked in there was drunk people making sick comments to my daughter. When we complained to management, they (Ashlin) was not helpful. Saying that they can't help it. I complained and said that we wanted a refund and our accommodation cancelled. Ashlin also dropped the telephone in my ear. Very rude, when I called back refused to answer, had to use another number that she did not know to get her to answer my calls. They 1st refused and after making a scene they refunded 7 nights stay minus one night, today. We booked in only 2 hours before, they deducted R250 for 2 -3 hours!
Please beware of this establishment, the website looks awesome but the reality not.
